Orange Man
Agitator, provocateur and instigator extraordinaire, Orange Man can enliven the dullest of situations with his electrifying presence. Orange Man will be wandering the Festival with huge orange balloons, while passing out smaller balloons to patrons. These floating orbs of color will dot the Bumbershoot grounds, constantly moving and creating new connections.
