(The term "low impact" references both pedestrian safety and environmental sustainability.) In order to stimulate a conversation that goes well beyond the bikes-vs.-cars debate, founding organizer Cheryl dos Remedios collaborates with other artists to explore our transportation system -- using everything from poetry to prototypes.
